The restaurant/bar is located in a small passage in Palmanova that is accessible from both sides and therefore has regular customer traffic. The corner restaurant offers an interior area of approx. 40m² and thus approx. 20 interior seats. The kitchen, which is almost completely equipped, has an area of approx. 18 to 20m². Location description

Located between Son Caliu and Torrenova, it was the first urbanization that was built in Calvià and one of the pioneer of Majorca, contemplated in 1934.
